David’s Tea: Fall 2015

FullSizeRender (9)

For those of you who aren’t familiar with David’s Tea, it’s more than tea it’s an addiction.

Seriously, I’ve always walked past David’s Tea, never interested enough to go in until my dad requested I find him loose earl grey teas. Since I had no idea where the nearest Tea Emporium was, I found myself standing outside David’s Tea, convincing myself to go in. Easily one of the best yet regrettable decisions I’ve ever made.

Great because the store is like a walk in closest for tea lovers, so many flavors, so many scents and so many decisions. Regrettable because I spent more than I planned to!!

Who can seriously resist flavors such as buttered rum, guava cadabra or cotton candy? Certainly not me, I’m already weak as it is!!

Fortunately for me, the day I decided to go in was the first day of their fall collection. While the rest of the world are still enjoying the last days of summer, it was like a cool day in fall in Toronto and the fall collection was perfect. Man, do they know how to market or what?

The Fall Collection consists of flavours such as; Pumpkin Chai, HoneyCrisp Apple, Cranberry Orange Muffin, Peanut Butter Cup and Nutty By Nature. Are you not ready for fall mentally as yet?

I have a confession, I have a weakness for pumpkin everything or anything. Because of this I purchased 100 grams of Pumpkin Chai, while sampling Peanut Butter Cup feeling guilty as a kid caught stealing candy. Even if it doesn’t taste as good as I’m hoping, it at least smells like a Bath & Body Works candle. Sometimes that’s all you need.

If you’re in the mood for a taste of fall, do not hesitate to let a guilty pleasure win.
